We regularly assess how we are doing by asking our patients to fill a questionnaire regarding their experience. We publish our survey results via our Facebook as we feel transparency is very important and we strive to make any improvements we can in response to your ideas. Receptionist always welcome you by name & remember you which is a nice touch. Queries always answered quickly & efficiently by phone or email. Staff are very knowledgeable, caring and treat you as an individual and with dignity and respect. Have found the counselling sessions to be very useful in dealing with the emotional implications. Time is always taken to answer any questions which is appreciated. I have already recommended a friend & wouldn't hesitate to do so again.
The experiences we have had so far during our treatment at Wessex have been nothing but exceptional. We have always been put at ease by all members of staff, been seen promptly, and given the best level of service. I have already recommended Wessex to a friend, as 1st class. Thank you :)

Knowledgeable admin staff when calling the clinic is great. Given the time & respect at appointments which you need. Staff are very up to date with latest research & use this to form treatment plans.
Every member of staff has been friendly, helpful and nothing was a problem. Every question answered with clarity and every step explained in full and it has made the whole process easier than we thought.
We have been overwhelmed by the kindness and support from all members of staff at Wessex. Their helpfulness and friendliness has made our experience at Wessex so much better than our previous clinic. It is a tough experience to go through and having a warm welcome at the clinic makes such a difference. Every member of staff I have been put in contact with has been professional, friendly and caring. Any issues or questions I have had have been promptly and professionally handled. Jude is the person with whom I probably see the most for scanning and she is wonderful. Throughout every high and low during treatment, I have felt very supported.
