Every stage was explained with honesty as we progressed through the programme and gave us the knowledge and confidence to proceed.
Every member of staff we met was friendly, knowledgeable and always gave their time to explain in detail each stage so any fears were allayed early on. It was also reassuring that we could speak to a member of the team 24 hours a day.
