Our Guernsey satellite service is available to all patients, both NHS and self-funding.

Where is the satellite?

Our Guernsey satellite link is located at the Medical Specialist Group (MSG) Clinic. Wessex Fertility is within easy travelling distance of Southampton airport and there are several taxi services available to and from the airport.

Who will I see at MSG Guernsey?

Our Guernsey satellite service is managed by staff at Wessex Fertility so that patients always receive the same first class service. Wessex Fertility doctors Dr Sue Ingamells and Dr Chantal Simonis run regular clinics in Guernsey to carrying out Initial Consultation and Follow up appointments. You would then attend our clinic in Southampton for scanning and theatre appointments.

The MSG is a private medical group providing excellent facilities and services to their patients. For more information on the Medical Specialist Group, Guernsey, please see www.msg.gg.

For more information on this service please contact Wessex Fertility on 023 80706000.

Who can use the satellite?

The satellite service is available to all patients undergoing fresh IVF, frozen embryo replacement cycles, intra-uterine insemination and donor insemination.

How will using the satellite affect my treatment?

The aim of the satellite service is to make the treatment more convenient for you. Appointments are conducted in line with Wessex Fertility protocols so the decisions made about your treatment, and your chances of success, are the same whether you choose to have your appointments in Guernsey or Southampton.
